1. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

All jewelry sold by Ever & Co. is custom made-to-order. This means that each piece is uniquely crafted based on your selected materials, gemstones, and specifications.

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing defects covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

2. Payments

As all of our products are custom made, we require a 70% deposit to confirm the order of a piece. Deposits can be made through a number of payment methods, which we can guide you with. 4. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

• Prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.

• Sales tax and shipping fees may apply based on your location.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Because all items are custom made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Ever & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Inability to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of Ever & Co. and may not be used or reproduced without written permission. In case of passing of infringement, infringer shall be prosecuted.
