SHIPPING POLICY

Each Ever & Co. piece is handcrafted to order, with production typically requiring 3–5 weeks, depending on design complexity.

Delivery Timelines (Post-Production):

  • Domestic (within India): 5–7 working days

  • International: 15–20 working days

Note: Deliveries may be completed earlier depending on courier schedules and customs processing.

Insurance & Tracking:
All shipments are managed via trusted third-party insured logistics partners. A tracking number will be shared upon dispatch.

Client-Managed Shipping:
If you choose to ship the product using your own courier or logistics service, Ever & Co. is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the product has left our premises.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Ever & Co., each jewelry piece is custom made-to-order, tailored specifically to your preferences. As such:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This policy ensures that each piece remains exclusive, never worn, and truly yours.

However, your jewelry is protected under our Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. To initiate a claim, visit our Warranty Portal.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy

To begin production of any order, we require:

  • 70% advance payment at the time of order confirmation

  • 30% balance is due upon delivery of the finished product

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • NEFT / RTGS (Bank Transfer)

  • Cheque

  • Cash (accepted up to ₹1,99,999 only, in compliance with Indian tax regulations)
