Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty on Craftsmanship

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Ever & Co. jewellery for manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This includes:

  • Faulty clasps, prongs, or settings

  • Metal porosity or fractures

  • Structural issues related to design integrity

In case of any defect which is covered by warranty, then we will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will offer a detailed repair estimate. No work will be initiated without your approval. We also offer:

  • One-time complimentary resizing within the first 12 months

  • Access to our post-warranty repair and restoration services at preferred rates

Complimentary Annual Maintenance

We encourage you to bring in your Ever & Co. piece once a year for a complimentary professional service, which includes:

  • Cleaning and polishing

  • Rhodium plating (for white gold)

  • Prong and clasp inspection

  • Stone-tightening

This helps ensure the longevity and brilliance of your jewellery for generations.

Shipping and Handling

For domestic claims: Customers may be responsible for secure shipping to our workshop; we will cover return shipping for covered issues.

For international customers: Both-way shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure all items are properly packaged and insured during transit.

What the Warranty does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, patine, metal thinning, etc.)

  • Loss, theft, or force majeure of the jewellery or stones

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage

  • Modification or repairs made by other jewellers. 

  • Center stones or side stones, unless otherwise specified.

We recommend periodic servicing and responsible handling to preserve your piece.

Insurance Recommendation

While our warranty offers long-term protection for craftsmanship, we strongly encourage you to insure your jewellery for risks like loss, theft, or accidental damage through a third-party insurer.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim, please email or Whatsapp us with:

1. Proof of Purchase - Order number, invoice, or certification

2. Clear photographs or videos of the issue

3. A short description of the concern
